More than 40,000 students from Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts will begin the SSLC-1 (Standard‑Six Leaving Certificate) examination between March 18 and April 2, 2024, as announced by the Karnataka State Education Board.
The two‑week exam window is designed to distribute the large cohort of candidates across a range of dates, easing logistical pressures on exam centers and ensuring adequate security and supervision for each session. Candidates will register for specific dates in advance, with their results expected in the coming weeks.
