A patient from Manipal has finally found relief after five years of debilitating facial pain, thanks to a complex brain surgery performed at Manipal Hospital.

The surgery, which aimed to remove a benign tumor that compressed the facial nerve, was led by neurosurgeon Dr. Shashidhar, with support from a multidisciplinary team. The patient had tried various therapies without success.
