Fit-tech giant Cult.fit has formally filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), marking a key step toward an initial public offering.
Earlier in the week, SEBI granted listing permissions to Manipal Health, a growing healthcare infrastructure firm, and to Rentomojo, a leading furniture e‑commerce platform, both positions strengthening the sectorial breadth of India’s IPO market.
The approvals underscore investor appetite for diverse sectors in Karnataka and beyond, and could provide significant capital for expansion for the three companies. Source: Google News – Manipal.
