Fr. Leslie Clifford D’Souza Named New Bishop of Udupi

Fr. Leslie Clifford D’Souza was installed as the new Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Udupi on a recent Sunday, following a papal decision announced by the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.
Prior to his appointment, D’Souza served as the parish priest of St. Lawrence Church in Palamaneru and will succeed Bishop Joseph Revankar, who is retiring after a decade of service.
