Heavy Rain and Winds Cause Damage to 15 Homes in Udupi District

On Tuesday, intense rainfall coupled with strong gusts of wind struck Udupi district, Karnataka, leading to the destruction of 15 houses in the affected areas.

The deluge, part of the seasonal Southwest monsoon, disrupted local infrastructure and left many residents without power or safe shelter as debris and fallen branches blocked roads.
