High Court Quashes Criminal Case Against Doctor Who Joined Rival Udupi Hospital

Earlier, an employee from the original } hospital had lodged a case alleging malpractice. The move of the doctor to another establishment prompted the case, which the court now considers politically motivated and lacking legal merit. Authorities had suggested that the filing sought to deter the doctor’s professional mobility.
