India Launches Someshwara Beach in Byndoor with Modern Facilities, Boosting Udupi Tourism

The Government of India has officially inaugurated Someshwara Beach located on the western coast of Karnataka, near Byndoor, as a premier tourist destination. The project features modern amenities such as multi‑purpose kiosks, walkways, lighting, and an integrated safety system designed to accommodate thousands of visitors.
Someshwara Beach is part of a broader coastal development strategy introduced by the Ministry of Tourism and the Karnataka state authorities.
