Manipal Hospitals, one of India’s largest integrated healthcare networks, has unveiled plans to launch an initial public offering worth ₹8000 crore.
To navigate the complex regulatory landscape, the company has engaged a consortium of top legal advisers: Cama & Mairs (CAM), Khaitan & Co., Latham & Watkins, Trilegal and Joshi & Associates (JSA). These firms will jointly handle compliance, documentation, and investor relations for the upcoming public listing.
The IPO is expected to raise capital earmarked for network expansion, technology upgrades, and workforce growth, potentially creating new jobs and enhancing service capacity across Karnataka’s healthcare sector. Source: Google News – Manipal.
