MAHE, Manipal Foundation and KITES Partner to Train India’s Future Geriatric Care Workforce

The continents of expertise from MAHE, the Manipal Foundation and KITES Senior Care converged this week to announce a new partnership that will train and deploy a national workforce for geriatric care.

India’s aging population is projected to double by 2050, requiring a cadre of trained professionals to deliver quality elderly care. The alliance will set up academies in key districts, including Udupi, and partner with local health bodies to offer certifications, practical internships, and telehealth coaching.
