Mangaluru Police Nab Three Nepalese Burglars; Rs 10 Lakh Worth of Jewellery Recovered

Mangaluru police on Thursday arrested three Nepalese nationals suspected of orchestrating a high‑profile burglary in the city’s commercial district. The suspects were apprehended after a coordinated raid on an abandoned warehouse used as a staging ground for the theft.

According to officials, the trio had previously been linked to a string of jewelry thefts across Karnataka and had allegedly planned to sell the loot on the black market. Investigators recovered a cache of gold and silver ornaments valued at approximately ₹10 lakh, including items weighing over a kilogram of gold.
