Manipal Cafe Manager, 8 Others Booked for Hookah Use in Udupi

The Udupi police have registered a case against the cafe manager and eight others under the relevant sections of the Act. The police have also issued a notice to the cafe, directing them to stop the sale and use of hookahs in their premises.
