Manipal Drink-Drive Accident: Driver Arrested, In Custody

The crash, which unfolded on the evening of June 27 on the Manipal‑Kudremukh highway, involved a two‑wheeled scooter and a private car. Witnesses say the driver of the scooter was operating under the influence of alcohol, swerving across lanes and colliding with the car, resulting in several injuries.
