Manipal Health Enterprises (MHE), a prominent health-tech firm in Karnataka, has officially launched its initial public offering (IPO). Shares have been priced within a band of ₹12 to ₹14 per share, with a guaranteed minimum price (GMP) of ₹13.
The IPO will be open for subscription from 27 September 2023 to 4 October 2023. MHE plans to issue 60 million shares (SMS), with the entire allotment expected to be fully subscribed. The company aims to raise approximately ₹118 crore to fund future expansion of its national network of hospitals and clinics.
