SEBI confirmed its approval of Manipal Health’s initial public offering on 5 July 2024, signalling the company’s readiness to list on a national stock exchange after a thorough review of its prospectus and regulatory filings.
Manipal Health, a subsidiary of the renowned Manipal Group, has built a chain of 30 hospitals across Karnataka, aiming to expand its footprint further into the Western and Southern states of India. The IPO, valued at ₹5,500 crore, intends to raise capital for acquisitions, technology upgrades and infrastructure development.
