In a bid to extend its outpatient footprint, Manipal Health Group has signed a 15‑year lease for a key hospital property in Bengaluru. The agreement, brokered by property manager BW Healthcare, involves a high‑rise site in the heart of the city.

The leased site, previously the operating hub of Bangalore’s renowned Bengaluru Hospital, covers roughly 12,000 square feet of clinical and administrative space.
