Manipal Health Ltd. has received nod from SEBI to raise ₹10,000 crore through its initial public offering, following the filing of draft documents on March 25.
The biotech and healthcare company, headquartered in Manipal, aims to use the proceeds to fund research, expand its product portfolio and open new domestic and international markets.
