Manipal Health has secured regulatory approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to launch a multi-billion rupee IPO, according to a report from Google News – Manipal.
The healthcare conglomerate, headquartered in the coastal district of Udupi, aims to raise capital to fund expansion plans and technology upgrades across its network of hospitals and diagnostic centres.
