Manipal Hospitals, India's leading integrated healthcare network, has obtained regulatory approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to pursue an initial public offering.
The planned issue, which will raise ₹8,000 crore in fresh equity, is designed to strengthen the company's balance sheet and fund its planned expansion across Karnataka and beyond.
