Revolt launches RVX electric scooter in Udupi at ₹1.66 lakh

Revolt Motors has rolled out its electric scooter RVX in the coastal town of Udupi, making the bike available to local consumers at a launch price of approximately ₹1.66 lakh. The move marks a significant step in the company’s expansion strategy across Karnataka’s urban and semi‑urban markets.

The RVX, designed for urban commuting, features a single‑stage induction motor, a top speed of 70 km/h and a range of about 150 km on a full charge. With a 1.5 kWh lithium‑ion battery and fast‑charging capability, the scooter also includes an LCD display, regenerative braking and a 3‑seat configuration suitable for small families. Revolt has positioned the RVX as a versatile alternative to petrol scooters, offering lower running costs and zero emissions.
