Rowdy Allegedly Threatens Police Constable; Arrested in Udupi District

Security officials in Udupi District arrested a suspect believed to be a rowdy-sheeter after a police constable reported being threatened while on beat duty. The arrest took place near the Kallathan area on Saturday night.

According to the police, the suspect was seen loitering near the police station and was accused of making menacing remarks towards the constable. The report stated that the officer had to call for backup before the suspect was apprehended.
