Temasek-backed Manipal Health Group has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to launch its initial public offering. The company aims to list on the national stock exchange in July, following a robust regulatory review.
Founded by the renowned Manipal group, Manipal Health operates a network of hospitals and speciality clinics across Karnataka, catering to a wide patient base. With backing from Singaporean investment firm Temasek Holdings, the group has expanded its portfolio and is now looking to tap public markets to raise capital.
The SEBI nod is a significant milestone for the company’s growth plans, enabling it to attract institutional investors and fuel expansion. Investors anticipate a valuation in the range of ₹5,000 crore, positioning the IPO as one of the major corporate listings of the year. Source: Google News – Manipal.
