Three Habitual Offenders Externed From Udupi District Police

Three men identified as habitual offenders were brought to trial and formally removed from the Karnataka Police register on Monday in Udupi district.

The defendants—aged 32, 45 and 57—had been linked to a string of offenses ranging from petty theft to assault, and were known to have repeatedly avoided incarceration in past attempts to evade law enforcement.
