Three Individuals Arrested for MDMA and Hydro Ganja in Udupi

In the early hours of Monday, law enforcement officers in Udupi arrested three men suspected of peddling illicit drugs, including MDMA and hydroganja. The suspects were apprehended during a coordinated operation that involved both local police and units from the Central Crime Investigation Bureau.
The officers discovered a stash of drug paraphernalia, including vials of MDMA, packets of hydroganja, and associated paraphernalia in a rented vehicle and a warehouse located on the outskirts of the city. Evidence collected during the raid suggests a small but active drug trafficking network operating within the district.
Local authorities say the arrest is part of a statewide campaign to curb drug use and distribution. Police officials stated that the seized drugs could have potentially jeopardised public health and safety.
