Three Individuals Arrested in Udupi for MDMA and HydroGanja Trafficking

The Police Department of Udupi arrested three people following a raid on a residential property where they found a significant quantity of controlled substances, including MDMA and hydroganja.
The operation, conducted by the local narcotics squad on Tuesday afternoon, uncovered approximately two kilograms of MDMA and about five hundred grams of hydroganja, a form of processed cannabis. The arresting officers also seized various packaging materials, tablets, and related paraphernalia that indicated a potential distribution network.
These arrests are part of a wider effort by Karnataka authorities to curb drug trafficking and curb the rise of recreational drug abuse in the region. The seized drugs have been handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation for further forensic analysis, and the suspects are expected to face charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
