Three Youths in Udupi Arrested Over Rs 4,711 Diesel Theft

Police in Udupi seized diesel worth ₹4,711 that had been taken without payment from a local oil depot. Three youths, aged between 18 and 23, were arrested and booked under criminal law for the theft.

The incident came to light when depot staff noticed a discrepancy in fuel invoices and contacted the local police. After a brief search, the authorities recovered the missing fuel and detained the suspects while canvassing witnesses.
