Two Individuals Ordered for Externment in Udupi Court

A Udupi district court has issued externment orders against two individuals earlier today, holding them as suspects in a contested property case. Justice B.N. Shankar, presiding over the matter, directed the police to control the accused from the disputed property and prohibited them from entering the vicinity under penalty of fines.
The decision follows allegations that the men were attempting to influence the outcome of the ownership dispute by intimidation and obstruction. The court cited earlier submissions from the plaintiff’s lawyer that the accused had seized parts of the property and used force during objections, prompting an escalation to the criminal court.
