Udupi Animal Hoarder Yields 18 Rescues, 1 Calf Dead, PETA Calls for Ban

During a seventh raid in Udupi District, authorities found a dead baby calf and 17 other animals alive in a house that has been labelled an animal hoarder’s house of horrors.

The dwelling had been raided six times earlier; residents were accused of neglecting the animals, forcing many to live in cramped, unsanitary conditions with inadequate food, water and medical care.
