Udupi BJP Youth Morcha Calls for Action on School Vehicle Misuse

Udupi – The Udupi District BJP Yuva Morcha has formally appealed to the Karnataka government and local authorities for immediate intervention against school vehicles that have been found operating without proper permits, leading to growing concerns over safety and compliance.
The youth wing, representing thousands of students across the district, said that several private buses and school vans have been repeatedly used for transport of students to private schools and for commercial purposes without meeting the State Transport Department's safety standards. The group has logged a complaint with the District Education Officer and demands that these vehicles be inspected, licensed, or removed from operations.
