Udupi BJP Youth Wing Calls for Action Against School Buses Prohibiting Commercial Traffic

The Udupi District BJP Yuva Morcha has issued a public call urging the Karnataka State Road Transport Department to take stricter measures against school vehicles that are reportedly allowing commercial traffic to use their routes, citing safety and congestion concerns.
Local residents and parents have reported increasing accidents and delays as buses that are meant to transport students are found to be carrying heavy goods or being hijacked by private transport operators. Experts say such practices not only compromise student safety but also aggravate traffic snarls during peak hours.
