Udupi Consumer Court Orders Refund for Unfulfilled Scooter Sale

A customer from Udupi bought a scooter from a local dealer and paid the full amount, but the motorbike never reached the buyer after months of promised delivery times.

The buyer lodged a complaint with the Udupi Consumer Protection Local Forum, which reviewed sale documents, payment receipts and the dealer’s delivery record. The forum concluded that the company had breached the contract and ordered an immediate refund of the full purchase price.
