Udupi Court Secures Facility After Multiple Hoax Bomb Alerts

Udupi district court officials have intensified security measures following a series of hoax bomb threats that rattled the judicial community and the public at large. Policing teams reinforced access controls, installed additional surveillance cameras, and increased patrols around the courthouse grounds to mitigate any potential risk.
Earlier this month, several anonymous calls and online messages sent nationwide warned of an imminent bomb attack at the Udupi courthouse. The Karnataka State Police investigated the tips and confirmed all incidents were hoaxes, but the threat prompted courts across the region to review safety protocols.
