Udupi Digitises 4,756 Ancient Manuscripts under State Heritage Mission

Under a statewide cultural initiative, the Udupi district has successfully digitised 4,756 ancient manuscripts.

These manuscripts, whose origins trace back centuries, are integral to the region’s literary and religious heritage. The digitisation project was carried out by district officials in partnership with state heritage bodies.
