Udupi Police Arrest Man for Illicit Liquor Sales

In a crackdown on illicit alcohol sales, Udupi police on Thursday arrested a local man believed to have been running an illegal liquor outlet in the town. The suspect was taken into custody after an inspection of his premises revealed a makeshift bar and a stock of unlicensed beverages.
