Udupi Police Offer ₹50,000 Reward for Tips on Two KCOCA Suspects

In a bid to crack down on organised crime, Udupi police announced today a reward of ₹50,000 for any information that leads to the arrest of two suspects linked to the Karnataka Criminal and Offences Chapter (KCOCA).
The two accused, whose identities have not been disclosed for security reasons, are believed to be involved in a network that has trafficked narcotics and firearms across the coastal districts of Karnataka. The police say the suspects were arrested last month following a joint operation with the Karnataka State Crime Branch, and the reward is part of a larger operation aimed at dismantling the underground ring that has threatened the safety of communities in Udupi.
The monetary incentive underscores the authorities’ push for community cooperation and is expected to help gather crucial intelligence from local witnesses. “Information from the public can tip the balance in an operation that requires swift action,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police.
