Spoorthi Shetty, a 23‑year‑old resident of Udupi, has officially entered the Miss Universe India 2026 competition, setting her sights on representing Karnataka in the international pageant that culminates in December.
Shetty, known for her modelling work and community outreach, joined the pageant after winning a local charity event in Udupi. The national pageant, organized by the Miss Universe India franchise, will begin auditions in Delhi this month and select 30 contestants from across the country.
