Udupi Schools, PU Colleges and ITIs Given Day Off on July 24

On Wednesday, the Karnataka state government announced that July 24 will be a holiday for all schools, pre‑university colleges and industrial training institutes (ITIs) in the Udupi district.

The move, part of a list of local holidays announced by the administration, is intended to give educators, students and staff a respite and allow the district to observe regional events or recover from the COVID‑19 pandemic.
