Udupi Tops Karnataka II PU Rankings; Vijayapura Improves Significantly

Karnataka's Ministry of Public Instruction released the results of the II Professional Course (II PU) exams on Thursday, and Udupi district topped the state tally, securing the highest aggregate score among all 30 districts.
The II PU exams, administered by the Department of Secondary Education, test knowledge in science, commerce and humanities for students in grades 11 and 12. Udupi’s students earned an average of 88.4 out of 100, earning the district the best performance rating.
The success reflects ongoing investments in teacher training and infrastructure, and states that the district is focusing on STEM education. Vijayapura also witnessed marked improvement, rising in state rankings compared to last year. Source: Google News – Udupi District.
