Woman Arrested in Udupi for Blackmailing Local Businessman

In the early hours of Monday, a woman was taken into custody by the Udupi Police after a local businessman reported being blackmailed over alleged business debts.
The businessman, who prefers to remain anonymous, alleged that the woman, identified as Ms. R. K., had demanded a hefty sum to keep hush about a disputed contract. According to the police report, the woman made repeated calls and sent messages threatening to release sensitive information unless her demands were met.
