Udupi Police Externs Three Habitual Offenders, Calls for Stronger Measures

Udupi police announced that three habitual offenders have been placed on externship, a form of non‑custodial sentence that requires the individuals to live under supervision in the local community. The move is part of an effort by the district authorities to reduce repeat crime in the area.
